THE STATEMENT PIECE. One of my favorite things about a wardrobe; usually an accessory and one of the most important parts of a look.
My new favorite Statement piece are this pair of earrings I got from a local artist at a craft fair last winter. The earrings are made from birch bark. Every time I wear them I feel really confident and I love the fact that they are unusual and unique.
A statement piece usually fits that description. Maybe it's the perfect last thing you put on as you walk out the door, maybe you had an amazing day while wearing it, or you think of it as your lucky charm. Whatever it is it makes you feel amazing, confident, original, unique, and of course FABULOUS!
